Bad breath isn't normal: what the mouth says about your pet's health

That strong smell from your pet's mouth isn't "normal" — it's often the first sign of periodontal disease.

What's at stake

Plaque and tartar inflame the gums and, untreated, lead to pain and tooth loss. The infection can even affect other organs.

How we handle it

We assess the mouth in a consultation and, when needed, perform scaling under anaesthesia with strict monitoring and intraoral X-rays.
